The project explores how digital platforms and the use of artificial intelligence can strengthen tourism development in Troms. A digital twin will mirror the industry's physical processes, services, and offerings - and could become infrastructure for new types of customer dialogues, customer services, and administrative systems. During winter 2026, prototypes illustrating the ambitions are being developed. The project is co-funded by Troms County Municipality.
